The "Sweating out of Toxins"...and Increases in White and Red Blood Cells...and the Twisting to STOP Blood flow, followed by release of the blood when untwisted and the blood flusing out "impurities" is ALL BUNK. There is NO empirical proof that ANY of these things happen. This is all Marketing. Having said that, this form of Yoga in the heat is an excellent wa yo to stretch and strengthen muscles, tendons, and ligaments. But again, all that other crap is bunk.

Doesn't Indianrailways realize that the mind is part of the body? Im sure if he took his brain out of his head he would stop functioning as would I if I did it (Don't try it at home kids). Hatha Yoga is for the mind/body complex. All one needs to do is look at a baby who learns and develops their mind through awareness through movement. Not through reading Bhagavad Gita which is a much later text than Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

I am a stupid blond woman and i love doing Idiots yoga in a hot room with lots of swetty wemen who do silent farts like me LOL, I pay $100 per month to be told how to exercise because Im so dumb that I cant even do that on my own, When I have sex I think about shoes which kinda explains why I have never expireanced a orgasm in my life, and if you tell me that fresh water is 100% fat free I will buy that too. So Yeh, Birkam yoga is great, all my frinds go their too.

Only if someone farts. The studio where I practice is cleaned on a strict routine basis, so it doesn't smell bad!

Your body regulates the blood pressure so don't worry if your getting naeseated or dizzy it's normal, specially the first couple of session... it all good and a sign that your body is healing and restoring :)

uomofamoso you might suffer from too low or high blood pressure! When you get dizzy while forward bent you have too high blood pressure- getting dizzy while backward bend you have too low blood pressure...make sure you are hydrated enough before class so your not too thirsty...Bikram Yoga is amazing! Love it! |
